TRANSPORTATION
The introduction of the Fitch fuel catalyst into commuter bus and delivery vehicle fleets has been highly successful. Since its adoption, the Fitch fuel catalyst has delivered significant savings and efficiency for these vehicle fleets.
Long-term Fitch installations have demonstrated fuel savings up to 11% in diesel engines, and reductions in exhaust soot or K Factor of up to 75%. Engines that are using the Fitch fuel catalyst not only run better, but they also have reduced levels of deposit formations and deliver more power. Additional benefits have been the potential for extending the interval of regular engine maintenance, such as oil changes.
In the European market, commuter busses that have previously failed to achieve the Euro 4 emission standards have improved performance and are now meeting this standard.
Warranty on commercial Fitch units have 250,000 miles or 400,000 kilometers.

MINING & CONSTRUCTION
In addition to a wide array of industrial applications, the Fitch Fuel catalyst has also been successfully adopted by the mining industry. In conjunction with our partner, Comet consultants fuel-monitoring system, the Fitch Fuel Catalyst has been recently introduced to the Bor copper mine in Serbia. After successfully completing a localized testing phase, The Bor Copper mine has deployed the Fitch Fuel Catalyst in their large fleet of mining vehicles.
The results, as expected, have been excellent. The successful fleet-wide rollout of the Fitch and COM fuel saving system has resulted in fuel savings in excess of 2.5 million euros. As such, the Bor Copper Mine will realize an ROI of months rather than years.
